In 2014 Wokingham Council started a journey "to put the customer at the heart of all that we do", says joint head of customer services & IT, Sally Watkins.
A major digital transformation project, using Microsoft's Dynamics online, is helping the council with impacting how they use data, enabling them to retire legacy systems, move to one core case management platform to deliver cost savings and to make a difference where it really matters most - to their customers.
