Professor Julie McCann, from Imperial College London's Department of Computing, highlights some of the IoT and sensor based systems technologies and how they are used in smart spaces.

At UKAuthority’s Smart Places and Communities conference she discussed some of the IoT technical challenges, where they can go wrong, and some of the solutions we've been looking at to overcome these problems.
