Join UKAuthority and a public sector panel at Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Innovation Nation event - 8 February, London

Digital disruption and financial pressure have sped up change across organisations in the commercial and public sector worlds. With so much pressure to transform it is difficult to prioritise - this is no longer a journey; it's the new normal.

UKAuthority has been asked to host the public sector track of this event which will see Microsoft's worldwide head of customer success, Somit Goyal, and UK Dynamics business lead Chris Rothwell outline how the new cloud based Dynamics 365 brings the best of Dynamics CRM and AX enterprise resource planning together in an integrated solution.

You will get exclusive insights into Microsoft's strategy and solution portfolio. You'll also have the opportunity to hear from your industry peers as they share insights on how they are embracing digital transformation across the public sector.

Joining UKAuthority publisher, Helen Olsen Bedford, and managing editor, Mark Say, for the discussion panel will be:

  • Ian Bell, director of information BCH, Cambridgeshire Constabulary, who is leading an ambitious programme of work delivering joint initiatives as a three-force Strategic Policing Alliance with Bedfordshire Police and Hertfordshire Constabulary.
  • Lucy Cassidy, advanced practice physiotherapist, Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals Trust, who is currently building a virtual clinic portal with the aim of cutting costs and dramatically improving the patient experience.
  • Matthew Pope & Sally Watkins, joint heads of customers services & IMT, Wokingham Borough Council, who are leading a radical digital-driven reorganisation at the council.
  • Paul McPherson, public sector director, Microsoft Business Solutions
