Homes England has chosen Civica to deliver a new cloud platform to support its land and property management operations.

They have agreed on a three-year contract for the implementation of Civica Property Management software under the housing and regeneration agency’s Evolve transformation programme.

It will be used to support maintenance of Homes England’s estate, manage leases and occupations and provide reporting on its land holdings to central government.

Civica said it will work with the agency on the integrity of the data fed into the system.

Sustainable homes and communities

Homes England's assistant director estates management, Julian Chafer, said: “Homes England champions the creation of sustainable homes, communities and places which are brilliantly designed for the people who live there now and will in the future.

“Civica Property Management will help support this aim by integrating with our other systems. This will help us to see the bigger picture across our entire estate and will help deliver business value quickly and easily.”

The organisation owns an estate of approximately 9,000 hectares and is currently expanding its role to support the Government’s levelling up agenda.
