with Mia Peters, Digital Service Design Manager London Borough of Southwark

Southwark Council is leading a digital transformation programme to improve the reach and impact of its health and well-being services in partnership with local NHS and VCS stakeholders. Working with digital service design agency Comuzi, the team have just completed the alpha phase of a digital service that aims to improve well-being and support residents to make sustained changes to their lifestyle behaviours; in order to help with both prevention and management of long term conditions. Central to the design has been to ensure that the approach does not increase inequalities, and has focused on Southwark's more deprived and BAME communities. Join Jo and Mia to hear more about what they found and next steps. (slides)
