Derby repatriates to private cloud with Nutanix

Derby City Council was one of the first UK local authorities to opt to migrate to the public cloud. But, as head of ICT Mark Walker explains, the migration didn't go all to plan, costs rose and legacy applications proved unsuitable to move.

Walker talks to UKAuthority publisher, Helen Olsen Bedford, through the journey from on-premise to cloud and a cost-saving repatriation back to private cloud with Nutanix to be fit for the future.
