Worcestershire social housing provider The Community Housing Group (TCHG) has signed up to a £490,000, five-year partnership with Civica to implement its Cx Housing and Keystone Asset Management platform.
The software company said the integration of the two systems will provide a single view of all tenant and property interactions, streamlining the housing group’s data on its assets and providing management reporting for insights on its activities.
It added that the platform will provide the flexibility to integrate other technologies and business systems to create a more unified business model and investment in new technologies.
Ray Brookes, group chief executive for TCHG, said: “We are looking forward to working with Civica on the implementation of our new integrated business solution as it will help support us in achieving our ambitious goals, including more than 50% of our customers transacting online and increasing our group operating margin by 25% by 2021.”
