The British Heart Foundation has taken a ‘cloud as appropriate’ and ‘right sourcing’ approach to transforming its technology operations, says Amit Patel, director of technology design and engineering at the charity.

Whilst planning is not always easy in a world of constant technology change, finding what is right for your organisation is key – and it is not always the latest bandwagon if you have legacy applications to accommodate.
