Handley-Davidson Suite, 5 Scotland Street, City Centre, Birmingham, West Midlands B1 2RR
UKAuthority is hosting an editorial research round table in Birmingham on the morning of 20th September 2019.
Your insight and experience will form an integral part of a UKAuthority white paper; 'A single platform for modern service delivery?'.
This discussion aims to explore how to transform services today by putting in place the reusable building blocks for the future - creating a platform for innovation that is ready-made to take advantage of leading edge technologies such as AI, cognitive services and predictive analytics. There will be a focus on how to build the business case to jump start modernisation with a step change from legacy to the future of citizen services, with exploration of issues including:
- How do you identify which services are ripe for modernisation using a single corporate platform?
- What are the challenges and solutions in migrating from legacy CRM, ERP and other systems to a single corporate platform?
- What are the priorities in enabling data sharing with other internal and external systems?
- How can you develop digital services for both external and internal service delivery?
