UKAuthority Live Webcast - From outsourced to in-house - take back control with smart sourcing
Wednesday 31 July 2019
Central & North West London NHS Trust (CNWL) has taken back control of its technology as a long term outsourcing contracts ends - taking a smart sourcing approach that sees it adopting best of breed technology and a hybrid approach to managed data services, public and private cloud.
Meanwhile Norfolk County Council has saved £1m per annum by withdrawing from an outsourced managed service arrangement and deploying a combination of insourcing and smart sourcing - delivering significantly improved services along the way.
Join us on UKA Live with the Police ICT Co, CNWL, Norfolk and Rackspace to explore how smart sourcing can deliver agile technology platforms fit for a digital future whilst delivering robust, efficient technology to support users today.
On the panel:

- Geoff Connell, Head of IMT, Norfolk County Council / Past President Socitm
- Simon Clifford, Director of Digital & Data, Police ICT Company
- Rhys Sharp, Solution Director, Rackspace
- Helen Olsen Bedford, Publisher, UKAuthority
