Powering Digital Public Services

Wednesday 10 March 2021 to Friday 12 March 2021

Harnessing digital infrastructure to deliver modern public services

What have we learnt from the Covid experience? What can we take forward to continue the digital transformation journey in a post-covid, financially constrained, world?

The power of digital, data and technology to connect, organise, innovate – simply keep public services running – during the pandemic is acknowledged by all. The public sector DDaT (digital, data and technology) community did the country proud in keeping public services, hospitals and new testing and vaccination services running in the most difficult of circumstances.

But now that we are emerging through to the other side, and with significantly evolved workforce skills thanks to the enforced ‘work from home’, can we capitalise on the confidence that technology can transform public services?
