Tracey Boffey, Service Manager Web, Digital Development and Innovation, Wigan Council 
Tracey has worked for Wigan Council for 25 years and is a service lead in Digital Services.  She has an extensive background working on digital transformation programmes and is passionate about making a difference for our residents and communities. Tracey is driven to ensure that relationships with our residents and the people we serve are at the forefront of any service design to help build capacity in our communities.  

Damon Crawford, Practice Director, SCC Hyperscale & SCC Cyber

Daniel Cartter, Head of the Innovation Hub, SCC
In his current role as an innovation strategist, Daniel helps SCC’s customers leverage emerging technologies to drive growth and transform their business. He has also been instrumental in setting up SCC’s Digital Healthcare Innovation Hub to help deliver better healthcare outcomes.

Richard Groombridge, Strategic Product and Service Development Manager, GeoPlace LLP
Richard is a chartered geographer. He has proven experience in advisory services and project management for internal and external stakeholders in the development of data specifications, implementation and evaluation of permit schemes, implementation of lane rental schemes and systems and data quality improvements. He also has expertise in developing and testing market propositions and creating products and services around the collection, improvement and use of street related data.

Kurt Frary, Deputy Director of IMT, CTO, Norfolk County Council, and Socitm Vice President
Kurt has over 34 years’ experience working in ICT for both public and the private sector and his passion for digital innovation, change and technology is contagious.  He delivered Norfolk’s ground breaking innovation network which is the largest free to use public sector IoT Network in the UK and is currently leading Norfolk’s County Wide future network programme. 

Harriet Green, Chief Executive Officer, Centre for Digital Public Services, Wales
Harriet began her career as a journalist at the BBC in Wales, before moving to the BBC World Service. She travelled extensively as a radio producer and held positions as editor and then commissioning editor, leading on digital production. Alongside Myra Hunt, Harriet led global digital transformation at the British Council between 2010 and 2017, before moving to the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs as Chief Digital Officer, with a focus on service transformation. As a trustee and adviser, Harriet seeks to support small organisations with environmental, development and arts access goals. 

Nadira Hussain, Chief Executive Officer, Socitm
An established ICT and change management leader, NED and coach with 25+ years’ experience, Nadira has worked primarily in local government; leading the ICT and digital service, managing wider teams including business improvement, transformation and customer services. Nadira has implemented numerous complex change programmes across shared services to deliver new operating models, efficiencies and service improvement. At Socitm, Nadira is keen to support members shape and deliver effective public services through improved use and adoption of technologies, data and digital solutions & practices. She continues to focus on the work she initiated as president of the society (15/16), building the leadership, skills and diversity of the sector’s workforce. Her passion is to tackle inequality, promote professionalism, improve personal development opportunities and champion women role models.

Will Joss, Head of Strategy, Central Digital and Data Office, Cabinet Office

Suraj Kika, Chief Executive, Jadu
Suraj founded Jadu in 1999 and since then, has led Jadu to become a leading provider of web content management, eForms, CRM, portal and customer case management tools for the enterprise. Suraj is passionate about empowering local government and public sector organisations to deliver accessible digital services to their users. He is also a visionary leader who shares his insights and predictions on the future of tech in the public sector through podcasts, blogs and events. In 2018, he was recognised as a Digital Leaders Local Champion for his contribution to digital transformation in local public services. 

Stephen Koch, Executive Director of Platforms, NHS England
Experienced technology manager practiced in running large software development organisations providing software development and application support.  Domain experience in healthcare, retail and investment banking including two patents.  Strong management, architecture and delivery skills, extensive project management experience in delivering complex in-house shared software services in technologies including distributed grid computing, cloud, data warehouses and high performance and high availability services. Co-author of The Accidental Sexist a handbook for men on workplace diversity and inclusion. 

Rob Miller, Strategic Director Customer & Workplace, London Borough of Hackney
Rob joined Hackney council in 2016 and leads a wide portfolio of the council’s key services. This includes technology and digital teams, customer services delivery, revenues, benefits and housing needs. Rob has a background in retail and local government and is passionate about public services, technology and data, and how these come together to make things better for citizens.

Paul Tait, Delivery Manager, Local Digital team, Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities
Paul is working on the new Future Councils workstream as well as supporting the wider programme. Before working at DLUHC, he worked at Lambeth Council in South London and is passionate about supporting local government to make the most of modern technology. 

Ben Tongue, Digital Net Zero Lead, NHS England
Ben is leading the NHS England Transformation Directorate's digital sustainability, net zero and climate resilience agendas. Chartered Environmentalist and MIEMA working across the NHS to drive sustainability and climate resilience through digital development. Broad experience across a wide range of award winning sustainability and environmental projects. PGCert in Innovation, Enterprise and Circular Economy.

Adam Turner, Government and Defra Sustainable Technology Lead, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs
Adam has been delivering Sustainable ICT since 2008. He is the author of UK Government, NATO, MOD and Defra Sustainable ICT Policy, Strategy, Architecture and PPM guidance and tools.
