Over 200 digital decision makers and leaders from public sector organisations took part in this two day online event on using automation to transform digital processes - unlocking access to data, integrating disparate systems and taking away repetitive tasks from staff and freeing them to focus on the complex cases where nothing but a human interaction will do.
