Land Registry takes on TPXimpact as digital partner

HM Land Registry has signed a contract with TPXimpact to act as its digital, data and technology delivery partner.

They have a agreed a four-year deal that will run for four years from this month and is valued at up to £49 million.

It will involve support for a range of digital and technical transformation programmes at Land Registry to improve services for users.

This includes providing secure and efficient land registration, enabling the digital buying and selling of property, the provision of near real time property information, offering accessible digital register data and collaborating with property market partners on research and accelerating change.

TPXimpact said the new contract builds on a longstanding relationship with Land Registry.
