Jenny Nelson, head of ICT and digital transformation at Newcastle City Council and Philip Maguire, CEO at Inakalum, discuss the importance of place based data within local authorities

Followed by Jenny Nelson as she discusses how Newcastle City Council is using this approach to make smart decisions.
