Covid cyber security challenges at Copeland

David Cowan, head of ICT at Copeland Borough Council, shared how the council responded to a cyber attack that took many months to recover. 

Speaking on day two of UKAuthority's Resilience and Cyber4Good 2022, he discussed the lessons learned and what this meant for the council's cyber related challenges during covid when it suffered an increase in attack attempts, but nothing disrupted its systems or response.
