All 3.1 million Welsh residents have a digital health record which is available to doctors and health professionals through a single, secure portal - making it easier for health professionals to collaborate and access the right information where and when it's needed in real time.

Speaking at UKAuthority's Integrated Digital Health and CareIfan Evans, executive director strategy for Digital Health and Care Wales, shared insight on setting up the national record and ambitions for the future.
