Video: Nick Caley, vice president, Forgerock outlines the impact the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will have on the public sector and the opportunities for service improvement

Identity and consent are key parts enabling organisations to become more transparent and efficient, provide different services while giving the individual more choice and control.

Caley discusses the work Forgerock and Origo have been doing with the Department for Work and Pensions to develop a national pensions dashboard using an identification platform to give users access, via consent, to information from all their pensions providers.
