Video: Ian Litton, independent consultant with Positive Attributes, outlines the huge potential for using real time consent in checking eligibility for public services

Litton led the work between Warwickshire Council, the Government Digital Service (GDS) and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to pilot an online, real time eligiblity check when residents apply for Blue Badge parking permits.

Litton discusses the project, the potential and the research showing that customers welcome an approach which saves them time, makes organisations more transparent, and reduces the cost of service delivery.
