It seems that Cloud has been around for a very long time. Indeed, as a technical – and marketing – term it’s been used for over a decade. The benefits of pay as you go, and pay only for what you use, flexible infrastructure and SaaS offerings have been discussed in many a forum. But if cloud is that good, why isn’t all of the public sector in the cloud today? What’s stopping the migration away from legacy on premise operations?
