Dan Jellinek is a journalist and publisher with two decades' experience writing about technology and social issues including e-government, e-democracy and access to technology by people with disabilities.
Past work includes writing extensively for the Guardian and BBC Online and he has also contributed to the Times, the Sunday Telegraph and Total Politics magazine, among others. He currently edits IT in Use Magazine for Informed Publications, as well as the email newsletters E-Government Bulletin and E-Access Bulletin, published by Headstar, a company he founded.
He is a former UK Board member of E-Democracy.Org, a an international non-profit, citizen-based project founded in Minnesota, US; and former chairman of the Sussex Community Internet Project (SCIP - www.scip.org.uk), a non-profit body helping community, voluntary and charitable groups in the South of England to use IT.
